Job Description

Experience:

$60,000 - $75,000 per year Job Details -
Responsibilities:
1. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and reducing costs. 2. Collaborating with the product development team to design new products and make modifications to existing ones. 3. Creating and analyzing layouts of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency. 4. Utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design, model, and test product designs and manufacturing processes. 5. Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for product and process-related concerns. 6. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products. 7. Coordinating with other departments such as Quality, Production, and R&D to implement new strategies and processes. 8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry-specific standards and regulations. 9. Providing training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role. 3. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. 4. Extensive knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently. 7. A proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements. 8. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred. 9. An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
