Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to increase productivity, improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure safe operations. This role works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and design teams to support manufacturing activities. Responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and production workflows. Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement. Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues. Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and workstations. Support new product introduction (NPI) and production launches. Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Collaborate with quality teams to improve product quality and reduce defects. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Evaluate and recommend new equipment, automation, and manufacturing technologies. Train production personnel on new processes and equipment. Qualifications Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing or production environments. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools. Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. From $950,000.00 per year
