  • Role Summary & Impact
  • As an Engineer CAD CAM, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and refining detailed mechanical design packages that directly support aerospace manufacturing operations.
Your work ensures that complex components are not only accurately modeled, but also fully optimized for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and compliance. Your expertise will help bridge design intent and production reality—ensuring aerospace systems are built with precision, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Create, review, and validate mechanical drawings and design packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with aerospace and military standards + Develop and modify fully defined 3D models and assemblies using Siemens NX (NX 2412) managed with Teamcenter + Ensure designs meet requirements for fit, function, manufacturability, and economical fabrication + Perform design review including tolerance analysis, hardware selection, and assembly fitment verification + Create and revise parametric drawings in accordance with ASME modeling and drawing standards + Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve design and production issues + Serve as a knowledgeable resource in GD&T interpretation and application + Verify 3D models prior to release to manufacturing systems + Occasionally support vendor communication and technical coordination + Contribute to continuous improvement in design accuracy and engineering workflows •Required Qualifications•+ 5-20 years of experience in CAD/CAM or mechanical design engineering + Strong proficiency in GD&T and

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing experience + Experience supporting cross-functional engineering and production teams + Strong background in parametric modeling and complex assembly design + Prior exposure to contract-to-hire or consulting environments + Demonstrated ability to resolve design interpretation issues independently

  • Pay Details:
  • $54.
