ACCS Design Engineer

Control Air Enterprises LLC , an employee-owned company (ESOP) , is seeking a motivated Design Engineer to join our growing Controls team. This role offers the opportunity to work on Building Management Systems (BMS) in both new and existing buildings, while gaining hands-on project experience and professional growth. Key Responsibilities As a Design Engineer, you will prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the daily requirements of assigned projects. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Generate VAVs, basic AHUs, FCUs, and basic system topology Develop and review project submittals Participate in job walks with the lead engineer and Project Manager Create and track purchase orders Support internal job management meetings Obtain and review vendor quotes Maintain organized project files Attend bi-weekly PM meetings and monthly JTD meetings Assist with CO estimating (entry level) Generate and track RFIs Ideal Characteristics Self-starter with initiative Motivated to learn, grow, and advance into roles with greater responsibility Detail-oriented and organized Strong communicator Client-focused with a team-first mindset Why Join Control Air? Pay Range:
