COPY LINK link I'm currently partnering with a leading aerospace/defense manufacturer to identify a Manufacturing Engineer to support production, process improvement, and new product introduction efforts. This is a highly visible, hands-on role working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and routings Support production with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and test setups Partner cross-functionally to drive quality, cost reduction, and productivity improvements Support MRB activities and dispositioning Review engineering drawings for manufacturability Lead new process development, including equipment selection and CAPEX justification Provide day-to-day production support and operator training

What They're Looking For:

3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace preferred) Strong understanding of machining, assembly, and/or electromechanical systems Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation Experience with GD&T and CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar) Familiarity with

AS9100 / ISO

environments

Pay Details:
