Full Time What You'll Be Doing Responsible for bring-up of Silicon and Package qualification programs and Failure Analysis on ATE working with internal teams (Test, DFx, Reliability, Test HW). Responsible for gathering all test program requirements (structural coverage, Vmin/Vmax/Fmax routines to measure degradation etc..) and work with Test Teams to ensure all content is enabled. Responsible for working with Reliability, Test and HW teams to ensure test program robustness prior to starting qualification. Analyze and perform Failure Analysis on any qualification failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). Provide clear summaries and status for every failure with proper disposition. Work closely with Test and Failure Analysis teams to ensure test vector robustness by performing emissions. Work closely with Qualification Lead to ensure timelines are met, risks are highlighted, and priorities are aligned. What We Need To See BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience. 3+ years of work experience.` Knowledge of structural testing. Experience with product verification and failure analysis on Verigy 93K tester. Proficient in statistical modelling of data using JMP software or other tools for data analysis. Solid communication and presentation skills. Solid interpersonal skills and track record as a strong collaborator. Dedicated and able to work with minimum supervision.
