Job Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations at our customer's facility. This position will focus on technical documentation, manufacturing processes, non-conforming parts, data analysis, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working with engineering drawings, production teams, and technical documentation. Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Provide technical documentation support for manufacturing operations. Create, review, and update manufacturing documents, reports, and standards. Evaluate concessions and non-conforming parts. Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, root causes, and potential corrective actions. Support manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication processes. Follow established customer engineering standards, procedures, and processes. Work closely with engineers, manufacturing personnel, and team members at multiple locations. Communicate technical issues, findings, and recommendations clearly to engineering and management teams. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent manufacturing engineering experience may be considered in place of a degree. 1+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with manufacturing, assembly, and/or fabrication processes. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications. Experience creating or updating technical documentation and reports. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required Preferred Skills SAP experience Experience evaluating non-conforming parts or manufacturing concessions.
