Job Description

JSG is hiring a Process Manufacturing Engineer - Automation in Cypress, CA.
Salary range:
$90K-$120K Key Responsibilities Develop, qualify, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for manufacturing and test issues. Support automation initiatives, including programming and monitoring production equipment. Drive continuous improvement efforts using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, suppliers, and customers to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and manufacturing best practices. Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and production readiness. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related technical field. 7+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience. Experience with automation, process improvement, and production support. Strong problem-solving, technical communication, and project management skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Must be a U.S. Person as defined by EAR and ITAR regulations. Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S, or Kaizen experience. Aerospace, defense, electronics, hybrid, or PCBA manufacturing experience. Experience with automated inspection, wire bonding, pick-and-place systems, or cleanroom manufacturing. Proficiency with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
