What to Expect
We are seeking a results-driven Process & Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, validation, optimization, and ramp-up of advanced manufacturing equipment and production lines. This role carries ownership responsibility for complex stations and, in selected cases, full production lines, with a strong focus on achieving Operational Excellence and OEE targets through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do
Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) internationally and onsite Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) aligned with Operational Excellence objectives
Execute process qualifications, including statistical data analysis to demonstrate and justify process capability
Create and execute validation plans for new or modified processes and equipment
Diagnose issues found during the manufacturing process, efficiently identify root cause utilizing structured problem-solving techniques such as DMAIC, Ishikawa, Five Why and 8D
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends in build quality and efficiency
Develop robust and clear data collection, visualization, and analysis tools. Enable data driven operational decisions through predictive insights into tool and process performance, including integration of factory data systems and use of software such as MySQL, Python, Minitab, JMP, Tableau, and Ignition
Review critical process metrics daily for statistical shifts from nominal and develop game plans to address
Drive continuous improvement during ramp-up to achieve OEE targets, including cycle time, product quality, and equipment uptime
Identify production bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or other Engineering discipline, or equivalent in experience
Ability to derive data-supported root causes and propose strong countermeasures. Tableau, and/or Minitab experience preferred. Must be able to pull data using efficient SQL queries
Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning systems quickly
Experience developing and improving Process. Have a demonstrated track record of Overall
Equipment Effectiveness improvement activities
Strong capacity for managing simultaneous activities and challenges
Demonstrated experience in ramping a high volume, automated and semi-automated manufacturing line
Experience developing and applying lean six sigma methodologies such as: Waste Reduction, Poka-Yoke, SPC, GR&R, DOE Compensation and Benefits

Expected Compensation
$91,600 - $316,800/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
