Skills or nice to haves: Industry experience within the food & bev space Soft skills: Project Leadership Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication to clearly present project updates, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, lead meetings, and collaborate with plant personnel and leadership. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking -> Ability to troubleshoot equipment, process, scheduling, and installation challenges while making sound decisions under pressure. Organization & Time Management ???? Managing multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, schedules, documentation, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
