We are looking for a dynamic Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across our state-of-the-art bottling and packaging facility. What You ll
Do Optimize High-Speed Production:
Analyze performance across glass, PET, and aluminum bottling lines to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and maximize output.
Leverage Big Data:
Dive into our maintenance management systems to analyze mechanical trends, identify failure root causes, and dramatically boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Supercharge Automation:
Collaborate with maintenance experts to fine-tune operations involving PLCs, servomotors, advanced robotic assemblies, and line control configurations. Master the
Changeover:
Revolutionize and streamline line changeover procedures to slash transition times and maximize active manufacturing capacity.
Standardize Excellence:
Develop and implement standard work procedures, equipment calibrations, and recipe configurations to guarantee repeatable, high-quality production.
Champion Safety & Quality:
Ensure every single process improvement strictly upholds top-tier safety regulations (LOTO, machine guarding) and rigid food safety standards (GMP, SQF, HACCP).
Lead and Inspire:
Facilitate engaging Kaizen events and mentor operators and technicians in Lean methodologies, transforming how our team tackles daily challenges. What You Bring A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience). Solid experience driving lean initiatives in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment (food/beverage or packaging experience is a massive plus!). A Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (preferred). strong analytical skills and a collaborative, people-first attitude.
salary:
$100,000 - $180,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Standardization:
Develop and update standard work procedures for equipment operations, calibrations, and recipes to ensure consistent quality.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance:

Culture & Training:
