This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting ongoing projects and gaining insight into engineering processes. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, technical analysis, and process improvements under the guidance of experienced engineers. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in engineering within the manufacturing sector. Duties Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing projects to ensure timely completion. Support engineering teams by gathering data, preparing reports, and documenting project progress. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to manufacturing processes. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing current procedures and suggesting enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to facilitate project objectives. Conduct research and compile technical information to support project development activities. Observe safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment during all activities. Experience Recently graduated with a Mechanical Engineer degree. Strong interest in manufacturing processes and engineering principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Basic understanding of technical documentation and data analysis tools is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Prior internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus but not required. This position is designed to provide meaningful exposure to engineering projects within a manufacturing environment while fostering professional growth and development for aspiring engineers.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
