Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager in Manufacturing Engineering. In this role, you will lead and manage various projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Oversee and direct multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with project sponsors and business units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools. Assign tasks, track progress, and implement contingency plans to address potential risks. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular status updates. Resolve project issues by engaging with relevant parties and facilitating discussions. Provide mentorship and support to junior project leaders in project management best practices. Skills Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in project management in manufacturing engineering or related fields. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management software. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Preferred Skills Familiarity with non-IT business applications and disciplines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
