Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop, validate, and support production test solutions including ICT, Flying Probe, Functional Test (FCT), thermal cycling, vibration, shock, and customer-specific testing. Evaluate product designs and customer requirements to determine appropriate test strategies and coverage. Design and support test fixtures, hardware interfaces, software applications, and documentation. Participate in Design for Testability (DFT) reviews during NPI activities. Troubleshoot product, process, and test equipment failures using structured root cause analysis methods. Support manufacturing by resolving test-related issues and improving test system reliability and uptime. Benefits of theJob:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. or 10+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering. Experience with ICT, Flying Probe, Functional Test, and electronic troubleshooting. Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes, schematics, and test methodologies. Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, bills of material, and customer specifications.
