Job Description:
Manufacturing Engineer - System Integration (Confidential Electronics Manufacturer) A global electronics manufacturing and EMS provider is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support System Integration (SI) assembly and New Product Introduction (NPI) in a fast-paced, high-mix, high-volume production environment. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work on server, cloud, networking, and advanced electronic systems while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
Pay Range:
$35-$38/hour
Shift:
Swing Shift (3:30pm to 11:30pm)
Employment Type:
Full Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance for new product and process development, with emphasis on system integration and final assembly Develop and implement tooling, fixtures, process flows, and work instructions to support production and prototype builds Configure and maintain BOMs and routings in alignment with product structures and manufacturing standards Implement ECO changes and release manufacturing documentation such as MPIs and SOPs Serve as a technical interface with customers on engineering and production matters Evaluate manufacturing costs and support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives Define and establish assembly lines, process layouts, and workflow for new products Support global product transfers and production ramp activities Participate in continuous improvement and advanced manufacturing technology initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA in a technical discipline is a plus) 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, system assembly, or NPI engineering Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process documentation, and production line setup Experience with ERP/MRP systems, BOM management, and engineering change control Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Familiarity with Agile, Valor
DFM, IPC
standards, or similar manufacturing tools preferred Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus English proficiency required; additional language skills such as Mandarin or Vietnamese are an advantage Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who want to grow their careers in electronics manufacturing, NPI, and system integration while working in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
