Manufacturing Process Engineer (SMT / NPI) - Mandarin Required ???? San Jose, CA | ???? $45/hr | Contract-to-Hire We're hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to support high-volume production in an electronics environment. This role is focused on SMT operations, production line support, equipment performance, and New Product Introduction (NPI) . What you'll do: Support SMT/production line operations and troubleshoot real-time issues Drive improvements in yield, throughput, and equipment efficiency Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve line challenges Support NPI builds and transition to mass production Coordinate with Taiwan-based teams on process and technical alignment What we're looking for: 2+ years in electronics manufacturing / SMT / production engineering Hands-on experience with production lines and equipment Exposure to NPI Mandarin + English required Fast-paced, highly visible role with strong potential to convert full-time.
