Responsibilities:
The Integration Engineering team in PMTC is targeted at improving linkages to R D and NPI partners, understanding their most challenging manufacturing needs and working across the organization to develop solutions through PMTC's combined capabilities. This role is also targeted at understanding the future direction of internal customer needs and investigate new technologies to ensure PMTC is positioned to provide solutions in the future. This role is ideal for a collaborative, innovative, and systems-oriented engineer who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities include:
Leading investigations in the latest manufacturing technologies Process, product and tool development Providing design for manufacturability input Technology roadmap development Working with R D and NPI partners to understand their mechanical fabrication needs Solve complex, high-impact design and development challenges across cross-functional teams. Support production release and sustainment of mechanical solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D. in Engineering, Materials or other applicable Sciences (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience). Ability to develop business and technical strategies Ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams of talented people with strong personalities Strong understanding of precision fabrication technologies Strong understanding of manufacturing principles Familiarity with RF, microwave and mm wave applications A combination of technical knowledge of engineering theory and hands on approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize day- to-day activities balancing immediate needs with long term project goals #LI-MO1 Careers Privacy Statement Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
