Manufacturing Engineer Internship Simi Valley Plant - SImi Vallely, CA 93063 Apply Overview Salary Range $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly Level Experienced Position Type COOP Job Shift First Shift Education Level 2 Year Degree Travel Percentage None Category Manufacturing Apply Manufacturing Engineer Internship Chatsworth Products is looking for an energetic, creative self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver customer-valued solutions in a leading manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Developing/analyzing sequence of operations and work instructions
- Performs time studies as needed to determine set-up/machine cycle times
- Learn and develop methods of operation for the fabrication of parts, subassemblies, and final products
- Involved with analysis, validation, and documentation of both standard and custom products
- Additional responsibilities will include support of engineering changes to existing products
- Working with manufacturing engineers to resolve production issues and supporting customer requests for product specifications Qualifications Candidate should have basic working knowledge of Excel/MS Office, SolidWorks, and strong communication skills.
