Job Description
Our client, a leader in the medical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, focusing on enhancing production processes for medical extrusion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

$45/hr What's the Job? Support and optimize manufacturing processes for medical extrusion lines Evaluate and troubleshoot production equipment and processes Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and customers, to ensure seamless operations Create and modify manufacturing process documentation and reports What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in a related field Knowledge of manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace Experience with tools like Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC for process improvement Ability to support regulatory compliance including FDA regulations and QMS standards Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams What's in it for me?
