Annual Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to act as a key liaison between the company and customers on technical and quality-related issues. Our products support a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, robotics, defense, medical technology, and more.

In this role, you will support manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve product quality concerns, drive corrective actions, and recommend improvements to production processes. You will also support the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO standards, maintain documentation, and monitor risk activities across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality standards and proceduresMonitor and analyze quality performance metricsDevelop corrective actions, solutions, and product improvementsInvestigate and resolve product or production issuesParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesPerform or support internal company auditsProvide IPC training and serve as a technical resourceMaintain records, non-conforming material processes, and calibration schedulesSupport safety committee activitiesCollaborate with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and managementRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in a science or technical fieldMinimum 3 years of industrial experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing, automation, or quality engineeringWorking knowledge of
ISO 9001 2015, IPC 600, IPC
