Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to support automation programs and capital projects that help enable clinical and commercial manufacturing operations. This position will play a key part in implementing automation solutions, supporting post-implementation activities, and ensuring compliance with engineering and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Represent the Plant Automation team during implementation of automation solutions, including DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, related hardware, software, network infrastructure, and electronic reporting scope. Support post-implementation activities by extending hyper-care support, training system owners and manufacturing teams, revising SOPs and training documents, and updating spare parts lists and system records. Ensure compliance with engineering and operational standards, specifications, procedures, and applicable environmental health and safety practices. Support capital projects, new product introductions, and technology introductions through automation engineering assessments, system configuration changes, and qualification-run support.

Required:

Doctorate degree, or master's degree with 2 years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience. Emerson Delta-V DCS programming experience. Rockwell Automation SCADA and PLC experience. Experience supporting compliance with regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11.
