COPY LINK link Entry-Level Design Engineer Position Summary Seeking a motivated Entry-Level Design Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of electromechanical connector products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles, proficiency in SolidWorks, and an interest in product design, manufacturing, and testing. Experience with circular connectors is beneficial but not required. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of connectorponents and assemblies using CAD software. Create and maintain 3D models, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation. Support product development activities from concept through production release. Participate in design verification testing, fit/function evaluations, and tolerance analysis. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sales, and project teams to support product performance and manufacturability. Assist with material selection, plating specifications, sealing solutions, and contact configurations. Review customer requirements and help identify suitable product solutions. Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and validation efforts. Learn and industry standards, design specifications, and engineering best practices. Assist with connector testing and evaluation activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Proficiency with SolidWorks and 3D CAD modeling. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and mechanical design fundamentals. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, molding, stamping, and assembly is preferred. Exposure to connectors, cable assemblies, or electromechanical products through coursework, internships, or projects is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, andmunication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in connector design and testing. Compensation package: Salary $100k-$120k plusplete benefit package including health, life, dental and vision. 401k offered also.

Pay Details:
