Rowe Price, and Morgan Stanley. What will I do? Build production‑ready CAM packages and CNC programs for complex, close‑tolerance components. Author step‑by‑step work instructions so even novice setup techs can run with confidence. Use hyperMILL and Siemens NX—plus Hadrian's automation suite and Co‑Pilot CAM—to create efficient, standardized toolpaths at speed. Model robust 3D fixtures in NX using 3‑2‑1 locating, Poka‑Yoke, and equation‑driven practices; follow disciplined design‑tree workflows. Close the loop by pulling in shop‑floor feedback, dialing in programs, and scaling repeatability across hundreds of units. Flag bugs and workflow friction the moment you see them; help our software teams eliminate bottlenecks. Am I a fit? You've programmed 3‑ and/or 5‑axis CNC machines for high‑precision production parts. You've worked in aerospace (or similarly stringent environments) and know safety, quality, and tooling fundamentals cold. GD&T doesn't scare you; you can read CMM reports, spot trends, and correct dimensional drift. You like trying new methods and can push development forward while production is live. Integrity, clear communication, and team‑centric problem solving are your defaults. What would help me stand out? Comfort with steels, stainless, titanium, and Inconel. Deep 5‑axis chops; mill‑turn exposure a plus. Experience embedding probing cycles in NC code. Ability to analyze manufacturing data and visualize patterns, trends, and inefficiencies. Habitual learner tracking Industry 4.0, IoT, AI for manufacturing, and lean practices; high adaptability. What tech will I touch?
