As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams . The ideal candidate will have problem solving skills , communication skills , and collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, and work instructions Support machining, assembly, and test operations for aerospace hardware Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T for production processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support product launches and first article inspections Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and provide shop floor troubleshooting support What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace production environment Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, inspection, and tooling Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T Experience writing work instructions/SOPs and completing First Article Reports What's in it for me?
