The ideal candidate will have experience with rotating component assemblies, weldments, milling, turning, grinding operations, First Article Inspections (FAI), and process improvement initiatives.
Must-Haves:
Experience with component machining and assembly operations Knowledge of milling, turning, grinding, weldments, and rotating assemblies Experience writing work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Experience completing First Article Reports (FAIR/FAI) Ability to read engineering drawings and
GD&T Responsibilities:
Develop and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and work instructions Support production, quality, and engineering teams Lead FAI activities and troubleshoot manufacturing issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Manufacturing or aerospace production experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
