Job Description

Responsibilities :
Design tools using solid modeling for Machining and Tube Assembly fabrication. Identify solutions to improve production efficiencies Maintain existing engineering records and designs Support the manufacturing process of all designs Support testing such as proof and leak, and functional checkouts Support Inspection Department (Geometric tolerancing and GD&T) Coordinate with other Engineers and Management Support Customer reviews Working knowledge of machining processes; lathe, milling, CNC programming Working knowledge of Welding and Heat Treating processes. Working knowledge of QA Inspection. Knowledge, Skill and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Proficient with computerized (CATIA and Solidworks) Manufacturing and Business Software. Possess strong background in Manufacturing Processes and Specifications. Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of 3D Printing, 3D Design. Education and Experience Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering Five (5) years experience as Manufacturing Engineer in a related manufacturing environment with Machine Shop and Sheet Metal Fabrication experience.
Pay:
$28.85 - $33.00 per hour
