Project Engineer Aurora, CO Schedule:
100% Onsite U.S. Citizenship Required SNI Technology is currently seeking a Project Engineer for a growing organization focused on advanced infrastructure and mission-critical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineering professional looking to work in a collaborative manufacturing and engineering environment supporting complex modular systems and electrical infrastructure projects. Position Overview The Project Engineer will support the development, coordination, and execution of engineering and manufacturing projects related to modular systems, power modules, and critical infrastructure solutions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables, engineering documentation, and manufacturing requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities. Responsibilities Support engineering and project execution activities for modular infrastructure and manufacturing projects Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and models Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs), project documentation, and engineering submittals Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project stakeholders to support project timelines and deliverables Utilize Microsoft Office tools and project tracking systems to maintain project documentation and reporting Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project and production-related challenges Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field U.S. Citizenship required Experience or exposure to modular data centers, power modules, or electrical infrastructure preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and models Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and mechanical/electrical/architectural build materials preferred Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) concepts is preferred Knowledge of engineering submittal processes and documentation practices preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 0-5% annual incentive program based on company and individual performance Opportunity to work on innovative infrastructure and engineering projects Collaborative team-oriented environment with growth potential #SNIT
