Job Description
We are a growing science based manufacturer located in Boulder and are looking to add a Manufacturing Process Engineer to our growing team. This role applies manufacturing engineering principles to improve assembly processes, drive build readiness, support continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthen overall manufacturing capability. This position partners closely with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure manufacturable designs, stable processes, and successful product builds.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors of Science 2+ years of Manufacturing process engineer experience in a machining/assembly environment 2+ years of experience applying mechanical design principles to develop fixtures, jigs, assembly aids, and tooling solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and repeatability. 2+ years of experience creating and modifying CAD models, drawings, and related documentation to support manufacturing, testing, and process development requirements. 2+ years of experience evaluate tooling and fixture effectiveness with ability to recommend improvements to support changing manufacturing needs.
