We specialize in designing, deploying, and optimizing high-performance Distributed Antenna Systems for enterprise clients, carriers, and public venues. Our team values technical excellence, collaboration, and delivering reliable connectivity where it matters most. Position Summary We're seeking a DAS Design Engineer to support and optimize DAS performance across customer sites in the Denver metro area. This is an on-site role with frequent field-based jobsite work , ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, solving RF challenges, and working closely with carriers and field teams. Key Responsibilities DAS Performance Optimization — Analyze KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement tuning strategies. RF Troubleshooting — Diagnose interference, hardware faults, and configuration issues using industry-standard tools. Carrier Collaboration — Work directly with wireless carriers to validate system performance and support integration. Field Testing — Perform walk tests, sweep tests, and on-site evaluations using tools such as PCTEL, Anritsu, TEMS, or similar. System Monitoring — Track alarms, KPIs, and system health using RF monitoring platforms. Documentation — Maintain accurate records of configurations, optimization work, and performance reports. Cross-Team Support — Partner with design, construction, and integration teams to ensure systems meet performance expectations. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of industry experience in DAS, RF engineering, small cells, or related wireless technologies RF Engineering Experience with strong analytical and diagnostic skills Proficiency with RF testing tools (TEMS, iBwave, PCTEL, Anritsu, etc.) Experience working with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) Ability to work on-site and be present at field jobsites at any given time Local travel throughout the Denver metro area Preferred Qualifications iBwave Certification Public Safety DAS Knowledge Experience with neutral-host DAS environments Familiarity with fiber infrastructure supporting DAS systems Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive salary of $105,000-$155,000 , based on experience and technical expertise.
