We' re looking for a Process Engineer I to help drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment using Lean Manufacturing and process optimization tools. This is a handson role where you' ll work directly with production teams to improve workflows, reduce waste, and support quality and efficiency goals. What You' ll Do Improve manufacturing processes through Kaizen and continuous improvement projects Support Lean initiatives that impact KPIs, efficiency, and cost Work handson with production teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities Troubleshoot production issues and help implement corrective actions Create process flow documentation and support equipment specifications Collect data, analyze results, and present project updates Support operations and customer needs in a fastpaced manufacturing setting What We' re Looking For Bachelor' s degree in Engineering or related field 2- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Lean Six Sigma concepts (5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, etc.) Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working crossfunctionally and independently Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Why Join Us?
