Job Description
Senior Manufacturing Engineer $85,000 - $130,000 + Progression to Principal & Management + Specialist Training + 3 Weeks PTO (increasing with service) + Full Benefits + 401(k) Match + Weekends Off! Hartford, CT Are you a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a machining and CAD/CAM background looking to lead new product introduction on high-value projects with a clear path to Principal and Management? This is a well-established, market-leading manufacturer entering an exciting new phase of growth. Having significantly expanded their engineering team in recent months, they offer real autonomy, a supportive environment with no micromanagement, and clear routes to progress for people who want to build a career. In this role, you will lead new product introduction, taking flight-critical precision components from blueprint through to production. You will develop and refine manufacturing processes, work from detailed blueprints to ensure specifications are accurate, and coordinate with purchasing and programming teams to keep projects moving. Applying your CAD/CAM and GD&T expertise, you will manage multiple projects and play a key part in the growth of the business. This role would suit a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a machining background and strong CAD/CAM experience, looking for autonomy, high-value projects, and a clear path to Principal and Management.
