Project Engineer Location:

East Hartford, CT Salary:

$60,000-$75,000 annually Cyient is seeking a Quality Notification (QN) Project Engineer to support the electronic Quality Notification (eQN) process. This role manages quality notifications from initiation through engineering review and closure while coordinating with engineering teams and customers to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities Manage eQNs from initiation through closure. Coordinate engineering reviews and track deliverables. Review and summarize engineering dispositions. Communicate project status with engineers, customers, and internal teams. Identify delays and help resolve issues. Support process improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree + 1 year of relevant experience OR Associate's degree + 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in aerospace manufacturing, design engineering, or project engineering. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Advanced Excel skills; VBA macro experience preferred. Familiarity with GD&T. SAP and jet engine experience are a plus.
