You will drive project success by optimizing workflows, ensuring rigorous quality adherence, and championing continuous improvement to deliver high-impact engineering solutions. Responsibilities Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring all technical specifications and budgetary goals are achieved. Facilitate seamless collaboration between cross-functional departments to maintain project momentum and meet critical delivery milestones. Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support to production teams to minimize downtime and resolve process bottlenecks. Oversee the validation and testing of new engineering designs to ensure they meet performance and safety benchmarks. Drive operational excellence by integrating Lean and Six Sigma methodologies into daily manufacturing workflows. Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep operations on schedule. Mentor and onboard technical staff, fostering a culture of high performance and engineering precision. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 8+ years of professional experience within a technical engineering or manufacturing environment. Extensive background in stamping manufacturing processes. Advanced proficiency in CAD software, project management platforms, and technical documentation. Proven ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications. Preferred Skills Demonstrated expertise in leading continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to perform hands-on technical tasks and navigate industrial manufacturing environments.
