job summary: Join Our Client as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Onsite). This stable, 70-year family-owned aerospace shop offers excellent work-life balance! Ideal candidates possess hands-on aerospace CNC turning/milling programming, Mastercam, CAD, and ITAR qualification.
Apply Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques to maximize machining efficiency and reduce non-value-added time.
Design and develop new tooling and fixtures while collaborating closely with suppliers and operators.
Prepare comprehensive documentation for new manufacturing processes and engineering procedures.
