Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, production layouts, tooling, equipment installation, machining, material handling, and assembly processes.
  
• Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  
• Analyze manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and process capability improvement.
  
• Manage product data and engineering change processes across the product lifecycle.
  
• Configure, implement, and support Windchill PLM solutions; provide business process and technical expertise.
  
• Configure workflows, attributes, lifecycles, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, and MES.
  
• Support Agile PLM processes and product data governance activities.
  
• Verify process effectiveness through testing, inspections, and validation activities.
  
• Design fabrication procedures, tooling requirements, and equipment adaptations for production conditions.
  
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

PLM/manufacturing Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
  
• Minimum 4+ years relevant experience
  
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement
  
• Knowledge of SPC methodologies and quality tools
  
• Strong PLM implementation experience
  
• Windchill SME (Subject Matter Expert)
  
• Experience configuring PLM applications and integrations
  
• Experience with Agile PLM preferred
  
• Experience in manufacturing environment
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tooling
  
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance
