We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality standards, inspection processes, and compliance efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection methods, and documentation for incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Review nonconforming materials, determine disposition, and assist with corrective actions. Support internal and external audits while helping ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues. Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Help strengthen quality systems to ensure consistent product performance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with quality systems and inspection methods. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP, ISO, Six Sigma , or similar is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment. #HART-1
