This is an exciting chance to join a company with a strong U.S. manufacturing history, new private equity-backed growth, over $7 million invested in equipment, newly upgraded facilities, and real opportunity for advancement. Qualifications and responsibilities for this NPI Engineer (CNC) position include: Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining and process engineering experience. Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC manufacturing processes for new product introductions. Extensive hands-on CNC programming, setup, and operation experience, including probing and macro programming. Strong multi-axis CNC machining knowledge, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and multi-axis mill-turn lathes. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, including Siemens NX CAD/CAM, SolidWorks CAD, Esprit CAM, and Vericut; NX experience required. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, standards, GD&T ANSI Y14.5, and blueprints in accordance with customer requirements. Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process documentation, work instructions, setup sheets, and SOP development. Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with quality, setup, and machinist teams.Salary:
$100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
