Decimal Engineering is a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing facility specializing in CNC machining and custom sheet metal fabrication. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, enhance production efficiency, and ensure the highest quality standards.Your Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer , you'll play a key role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You'll collaborate with production teams to solve technical challenges and improve workflow.What You'll Do:
Process Development & Optimization- Design and improve manufacturing processes for precision machining and sheet metal fabrication. Fixture & Tooling Design
- Create custom fixtures, tooling, and work instructions to enhance production efficiency. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all manufacturing processes align with
AS9100, ISO
9001, and GD&T standards. Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements. Collaboration & Troubleshooting
- Work closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to resolve production issues. Production Support
- Assist in developing manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
