Manufacturing Engineer Emjac Industries, Inc. - 3.2 Hialeah, FL Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Qualifications Drafting for ceramics components Drafting for composite components Creo Drafting for metal components Creo Parametric Full Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PTC Creo Modeler/Detailer with some knowledge in Refrigeration preferred but not a requirement, to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The designer will be responsible for designing refrigerated products from sheet metal and providing technical expertise and collaborating with the sales team to offer tailored solutions that meet the client's needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background along with a background in refrigeration and fabrication.
Responsibilities:
- Create PTC Creo Models and Customer Detailed Drawings, develop and implement fabrication drawings for refrigerated wine coolers.
- Create Bill of Materials of the sheet metal components with their associated drawings and flat patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of PTC Creo Modeling and detailing preferred. Other 3D solid modeling experience acceptable.
- AUTOCAD
- Ability to read and work with Architectural Floor Plans & Mechanicals.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of success preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of walk-in coolers and freezers is a plus.
Working conditions/Working environment:
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, sharp objects, and power tools.
- Warehouse environment.
- Confined spaces slight.

- Moving objects-moderate (forklifts, carts)
- Noise level-severe (equipment, tools)
