A Manufacturing Engineer uses technology and engineering to help companies and organizations manufacture products with efficient use of time, resources, and energy.
Create detailed 2D Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI) from 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs for aerospace manufacturing processes.
Develop and maintain Tool Matrix Lists, including tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment requirements for production activities.
Support Solumina MES conversion, implementation, and data migration activities, including routings, process plans, and manufacturing documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and IT teams to ensure manufacturing processes comply with AS9100 and customer requirements.
Validate manufacturing documentation, manage engineering changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
