Skills/Qualification:
Must Have:

Active secrete clearance BS Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, mechanical or related engineering discipline. 5-7 Years of related work experience in the Aerospace industry. Experience in designing layouts for CCAs, module assemblies, cable harnesses, and electromechanical subassemblies

Preferred:

Experience supporting circuit card assembly manufacturing processes. Experience writing manufacturing processes or work instructions. Cable harness and electromechanical subassembly experience is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Hands-on experience supporting production operations and continuous improvement. Job Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies (CCAs), modules, cable harnesses, and electromechanical subassemblies. This role partners closely with design engineering and production teams to improve quality, efficiency, and manufacturability on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Design manufacturing processes and layouts for CCAs, module assemblies, cable harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies. Translate engineering drawings and requirements into practical, efficient, and compliant production processes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. Develop and manage tooling, equipment, inspection, and testing to support reliable manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions while ensuring product quality, efficiency, and regulatory/specification compliance.
