Overview Are you ready to engineer solutions where zero emissions meet high-pressure precision? We are looking for a Lead Systems Design Engineer to perform and manage the development of our next-generation, industrial gas handling system. Built with the rugged reliability and premium craftsmanship of industry benchmark, our specialized service carts and recovery systems operate under high pressure with advanced electrical controls. You will own the design lifecycle of the project to design, build and commission the manufacturing of a specialized gas handling system.
Key Responsibilities System Architecture:
Lead the mechanical and process design of complete high-pressure gas compressor packages, including piping instrumentation (P&IDs) and component sizing.
Smart Control Integration:
Collaborate closely with external suppliers to design electrical controls, smart sensor arrays, touchscreen user interfaces, and remote monitoring capabilities.
Leak-Free Engineering:
Ensure maximum safety, structural integrity, and hermetic gas tightness in compliance with international pressure regulations. Prototype to
Production:
Utilize 3D CAD modeling, structural finite element analyses (FEA), and physical prototyping to run hardware validations.
What We Are Looking For Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience in specialized compressor or rotating equipment design.
Technical Chops:
Strong command of 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks prefered) along with a deep understanding of fluid dynamics, high-pressure tubing, and valving.
Control Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with PLC hardware selection , digital instrumentation, and electrical circuit sizing. The "DILO Quality"

$105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
