We are a rapidly growing innovation-driven learning center where curiosity, creativity, engineering, technology, and hands-on discovery are at the heart of everything we do. We're seeking an exceptional Technology & Innovation Learning Facilitator who is passionate about emerging technologies and excited to inspire students through immersive, project-based learning. This is an opportunity to help redefine what technology education can become. What You'll Facilitate You'll lead engaging, hands-on learning experiences involving:
  • Virtual Reality (VR) simulations and immersive learning
  • 3D design, modeling, scanning, and 3D printing
  • LEGO® Robotics and coding challenges
  • Engineering design and rapid prototyping
  • Digital fabrication and maker technologies
  • News broadcasting and digital production studios
  • Podcasting, video production, and multimedia storytelling
  • AI tools and emerging educational technologies
  • Drone technology (preferred)
  • Interactive technology and innovation challenges
  • Student innovation projects and design thinking experiences Every class should inspire students to build, create, solve, innovate, and think beyond the limits of traditional education. Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate highly engaging technology and engineering experiences.
  • Teach students to think critically, collaborate, and solve authentic problems.
  • Integrate emerging technologies into meaningful learning experiences.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot classroom technology, equipment, and makerspace resources.
  • Facilitate safe operation of 3D printers, robotics equipment, and technology labs.
  • Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners.
  • Encourage creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Collaborate with fellow facilitators to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences.
  • Showcase student work through exhibitions, broadcasts, competitions, and community events.
  • Continue learning new technologies and bring fresh ideas into the classroom.
Qualifications We're looking for someone who is excited by technology —not intimidated by it.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience working with children or youth preferred Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Virtual Reality platforms
  • 3D printers and CAD software
  • LEGO Education Robotics
  • Scratch, Blockly, Python, or similar coding platforms
  • Video production and broadcasting software
  • Podcast production
  • Digital fabrication tools
  • AI productivity and creative tools
  • Strong organizational and classroom leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
