Job Description

job summary: A Manufacturing Engineer is needed for a leading aerospace manufacturing organization outside of Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role analyzes workflows, implements new technologies, and troubleshoots production issues to ensure safe, cost-effective operations. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering alongside 3+ years of experience in a production environment. Proficiency in Excel, CAD, and AutoCAD software is required, as well as an understanding of manufacturing methods. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and have hands-on prototyping experience. Our client is only seeking local talent currently.
