Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer (10 Openings)
Job Duties:
Dvlp & implmt methods & procedures for process control, process improvement, testing & inspection to ensure products are free of flaws & function as dsgnd. Analyze reports & defective products to determine trends & recommend corrective actions. Dsgn & install sophisticated testing eqpmt & perform product testing & analysis to maintain qlty levels & minimize defects & failure rates. Collab w/ supplier representative on qlty problems, ensure that effective corrective actions are implmt & contributes to supplier qlty improvement prgrms. Dvlp, implmt & improve mfg methods, process controls, testing & inspection procedures to ensure product qlty & performance. Analyze production data & nonconforming products to identify root causes & support corrective & preventive actions. Dsgn & implmt mfg eqpmt, automation initiatives & process improvements to enhance efficiency & cost effectiveness. Support day-to-day mfg operations, incl eqpmt selection, installation, validation & process implmtn. Collaborate w/ suppliers & cross-functional teams to resolve qlty issues & support continuous improvement. Apply engg principles & methodologies such as Lean & Six Sigma to improve productivity & reduce waste. Maintain mfg documentation, incl work instructions & validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), while ensuring compliance w/ qlty & regulatory stds.

Reqmts:
Master's deg or Foreign Equiv & 6 mos exp as Mfg Engineer or Jr. Mfg Engineer or in any rltd occupation performing 3-4 of the job duties aforementioned.
Field of Study:
Mfg Engg or Mfg Systems Engg or Mechanical Engg or Industrial Engg, or a rltd engg field.
Job Locs:
Tampa, FL or any unanticipated client sites w/in the U.S. Must be available to travel nationally & relocate to any unanticipated client sites for temporary projects. Frequency of travel 50%, No int'l travel.
