Why This Role Matters Working under the direction of a Senior Engineer, the CFD Design Engineer supports AHA's team by developing complex CFD simulations to validate data center design and performance both inside the data halls and for external cooling equipment. Key Responsibilities Develop complex CFD models based on latest building layout from Revit or other software Make calculations using engineering formulas such as heating and cooling loads and equipment sizing Consulting with Lead Engineer, prepare engineering studies and schematic design for new systems and analyze operation of existing systems Research equipment selection from catalogs, under direction of Lead Engineer Handle multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy Receive and follow through with specific or technical instructions Participating in and contributing to a team effort, exchanging ideas and recommending improvements Attend client meetings, as necessary Visit sites to perform inspections, as required (
