Embedding machines (injecting detergent into sponge material )Packaging / flow wrap systems (cutting, wrapping, labeling )Pouching / forming equipmen tMultivac thermal forming and similar system sPartner with operators and technicians to identify daily output gap sPerform root cause analysis on downtime and performance issue sSupport process improvements and process change analysis (~monthly cadence )Assist with validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) during new equipment installs (a few times per year )Ensure compliance within a regulated (FDA/ISO) manufacturing environmen t Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and educatio n. Supports the sustaining engineering team focused on legacy production equipment Highly hands-on role centered on keeping machines running and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations Role breakdown: ~75% reactive troubleshooting and ~25% process improvement Not project-heavy or design-focused - priority is quick problem identification and resolution Day-to-day responsibilities :Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues on semi-automated equipmen t
