Overview This role involves coordinating engineering projects to ensure proper utilization of company resources, managing project reports, schedules, meetings, and resolving technical issues. The position requires a focus on data-driven decision making, strong communication skills, and a passion to succeed. Responsibilities Coordinate engineering projects and ensure resource allocation
Compile project status reports and develop project schedules
Manage project meetings and facilitate communication among team members
Identify and resolve technical problems that arise during projects
Analyze requirements and define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
Document all project activities and phases appropriately Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 4-6 years of experience in engineering or a related area
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
Experience with project coordination and technical problem solving
Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
