NEWNAN, Georgia job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead capital expenditure projects for industrial manufacturing from start to finish, beginning with identifying operational needs on the shop floor.

Perform detailed root cause analysis in collaboration with production teams to justify the procurement of new tooling and optimized processes.

Create computer-aided design drawings of new manufacturing machinery, specialized fixtures, and end-of-arm automation tooling.

Execute rigorous testing, material trials, and process validations to ensure new systems meet quality standards before full implementation.

Establish standard work, perform time studies, and oversee line balancing to eliminate process deviations across Our Client's assembly and die casting environments.
