Iowa , Algona Job Description We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of products and production processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, performance, and cost-efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career engineer looking to grow within a stable manufacturing environment while gaining hands-on exposure across engineering, production, and quality.
